Advanced notice of an intent to attend is appreciated by April 1, 2010.
No discounted registration fees accepted after the April 1st date. Purchase orders must be
submitted for the on-site fee, as no discounted fees will be accepted after April 1st.
Refunds for a non-attendance will have a $15 administrative fee deducted and will be refunded in
the same manner paid ie: credit refund to original credit card or check to the original payee.
