Seminar Fee Information:

ATTENTION: Members of the North Carolina Polygraph Association (NCPA) and South Carolina Association of Polygraph Examiners (SCAPE) [Extended to all NCPA & SCAPE members - even those currently not a member of the AAPP] The $320 registration fee for AAPP members will be extended to all members of the NCPA & SCAPE if paid by May 2nd, 2013. NCPA & SCAPE members who wish to only attend 2-days of the seminar can do so for $100 (Training only - all other activities are extra)
[There is a $20 late fee if registered after May 2nd, 2013.
~ The Thursday night banquet is an additional $50 and is not included in the 2 day fee]

Note: Name tags must be worn at all AAPP functions.

Two-day seminar registration for NCPA & SCAPE members can only be made using the hardcopy registration form and must be mailed to the National Office with a check.

Advanced notice of intent to attend is appreciated by May 2nd, 2013.

No discounted registration fees accepted after the May 2nd date. Purchase orders must be submitted for the on-site fee, as no discounted fees will be accepted after May 2nd.

NEW CANCELLATION NOTICE: A $50.00 fee will be deducted from registration refunds that are cancelled more than two weeks prior to the event. A $100.00 fee will be deducted from registration refunds that are cancelled within two weeks of the event. Non-Attending/no show registration will be refunded at 50%. Cancellation fees apply to all registrations including guests fees (50%). Refunds will be refunded in the same manner the registration was paid. (ie: credit refund to original credit card or check to the original payee.)

*Attendance for non-members is not guaranteed and must be approved by the AAPP Secretary.
**Guest fees include the Presidents reception, guest breakfast, Tuesday night event and the banquet.
Only registered guests receive a name tag to attend the AAPP functions.
Guests are not admitted into the classrooms and may not claim AAPP training credits.
Banquet Only Fee: $50.00 for guests that only want to attend the banquet
